Encoding Preferences

Each player should be able to have an encoding preference. This could be selected manually via @client-options or via Telnet negotiation. Use the encode_chars() built-in to accomplish the actual encoding.

New player class:

  • Binary connection
  • Must interpret Telnet commands in-MOO
